Purchaser must have a prearranged appointment - you must call Andrea Quinn at (248) 841-2536 or email at quinna@rochesterhills.org first to arrange an appointment to pick-up item(s) purchased. 

Items must be picked up during the hours of 8 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday.  In the event pick-up is not made within 10 business days, the auction agreement will be terminated and the item(s) will be re-listed for auction.

Payment to be made at Rochester Hills City Hall, Purchasing Office, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI.  Item is located at the same location. Customer is responsible for loading merchandise.

Bids from individuals in default on previous Rochester Hills’ auctions will not be accepted.

Tax Exempt Customers NOTE:  Effective 2/1/2007, the Department of Treasury is requiring a Michigan Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption, Form 3372 for each purchase. You must supply the Treasury Form 3372. 

If we do not receive a signed copy of the form, you will not be considered tax exempt for any purchase.
