SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
UNC intends to partner with a vendor dedicated to the implementation, execution and support of a user-friendly, robust, reliable and flexible web content management system (“CMS”). The chosen partner will have at least five years of experience providing systems to higher education in an enterprise-wide environment and a volume of files and users at least as great as UNC's . The chosen vendor will be able to host the CMS in a SaaS model.
