SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The University is looking for a web based ticketing software solution that will allow our centrally located ticket office to manage ticket operations for several campus partners including Athletics, Performing & Visual Arts, and Student Activities. The software package should be flexible in its application to each area as well as in its reporting abilities. Also key to this project is the University’s desire for robust patron management capabilities that will assist the University in increasing sales and improving the customer experience. UNC anticipates growth in online sales in the near future, so a customer friendly user platform on the web is also highly desired.
