SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
**Preservation Qualifications Required** HISTORICAL REHABILITATION. The work consists of the exterior and interior rehabilitation of the Lyons Depot Library, complete with limited related sitework and grading. 1. The rehabilitation of the building includes work on both the original 1885 Sandstone Depot and the circa 1910 wood]framed Freight Building. 2. Restoration and Preservation Projects: All work of this project shall meet the requirements of the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation of Historic Buildings and History Colorado. 3. Restoration and Preservation Projects: Contractor shall take all necessary care in selective demolition and construction of this project so as not to damage or destroy the historic fabric of the structure that is to remain.
