SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Town of Frederick, Colorado is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified firms interested in contracting with the Town to provide building demolition services for the removal and clean-up of a site located at 5949 Tipple Parkway also commonly known as the Town’s Public Works Facility. Alternately the selected contractor may desire to remove the building from its current location and reuse it at another site of their choice subject to zoning and land use rules and regulations of the specific municipality or county government.
