SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

Notice is hereby given that The Roaring Fork Transportation Authority (RFTA) is soliciting bids from qualified Contractors for the construction a soft surface trail adjacent to the Rio Grande Trail as well as various shoulder repairs along the trail. The soft surface trail will be constructed in Carbondale, Colorado. This project will be financed with a Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Recreational Trails Program (RTP) Grant, administered through the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Program and local matching funds.
