SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Jefferson County Public Library (JCPL) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to explore ways to enhance discoverability and engagement among JCPL’s external digital properties. The goals of the project are to: • Enhance the discovery, engagement and presentation of library resources and services across the catalog, website, and events calendar while ensuring that patrons can easily perform top user tasks. • Improve the consistency of brand, identity and functionality between JCPL’s digital properties.
