SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

Contract with an attorney or law firm licensed to practice in Colorado with a minimum of five years’ experience as a practicing attorney, preferably in municipal or county levels; other attorney experiences in other governmental legal positions or other related fields will be considered with exact qualifications. Must show experience in the State of Colorado with demonstrated experience of providing such city or county attorney services in a comprehensive, timely, and efficient manner. Interested firms and groups of attorneys must have significant experience in various facets of Colorado municipal or county law. The Jeffcom Attorney will work with the Board, Executive Director and various staff members on a wide variety of interesting, challenging, and complex legal matters. The firm will be responsible for performing Jeffcom’s legal matters. Jeffcom will be a 911 center that consolidates eight Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) into a single consolidated regional center. Submissions are due by June 14, 2016 5:00 pm MDT and work is scheduled to begin July 5, 2016.
