SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

The project consists of site preparation and construction of a new approximate 30’ X 50’ pre - manufactured metal building. A section of FLC existing water main will be abandoned and will be replaced with a new line. Asphalt parking, driveway and sidewalk will adjoin the building with an extension of concrete sidewalk from the adjacent Geology Field Lab building. The interior of the building will be finished and have storage rooms, restrooms, and a mechanical platform above the restrooms. There will be a new mechanical system, plumbing and electrical and lighting for this building. The building is not required to have a sprinkler system nor fire alarm. There are no fire rated walls. Please also see Add Alternates and Deduct Alternates.
