SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Estes Valley Watershed Coalition seeks a qualified consultant(s) to assess and develop a 30% design and supporting documents and data for four (4) high priority areas in the Fish Creek and Fall River corridors that will inform future rehabilitation efforts. These plans will be the technical reference serving as a basis for implementation of the final design as well as engineering documents that will be part of the permit application packet for both the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and local floodplain permit authority.
