SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) hereby issues this Request for ProposalQualifications (RFPRFQ) (referred to further herein also as solicitation) in order to solicit proposals from individuals, firms, and teams (referred to further herein also as “respondent”, “contractor” or “consultant” interchangeably) with experience in lobbying at the Colorado State Capitol. Responses to this request must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. Mountain time. Proposals must be submitted via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System at www.rockymountainbidsystem.com.
