SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids if deemed in the best interest of the District.  1.1 Intent of Specifications It is the intent and purpose of these specifications to secure for the Owner the Cortez Sanitation District the necessary equipment and accessories, which will comprise a multi-conductor type color sewer TV inspection system. A detailed list of components required is included and is the basis on which the Contractors proposal is made. The following specification is based the Modular 1 Pipeline Inspection System as manufactured by IBAK. The Cortez Sanitation District has evaluated different types of inspection systems and has determined that this product is best suited for the Sanitation District’s needs in safety, quality and performance. This specification is not to be interpreted as restrictive, but rather as a measure of the safety, quality and performance against which all inspection systems bid will be compared. 1
