Colorado Mesa University (CMU) is soliciting indications of interest and indicative pricing as of June 30, 2016 for an up to $15 million privately placed tax-exempt fixed and/or variable rate financing with either a 5-year or 10-year amortization.  Proposals must be for the full $15 million; however, lenders are able to independently partner with other lenders to meet CMU’s financial needs through the submission of a single proposal.  The narrative below details the proposed loan including the use of proceeds, security for the issue, debt service coverage, and a link to the University’s financial statements. Indications of interest including preliminary credit approval, indicative interest rate(s) and upfront and ongoing fees and other information specified in this document are requested by July 11, 2016, 11:00 a.m. submitted as outlined in the Administrative information of the RFP.
