SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Cherry Hills Village is soliciting proposals from qualified municipal design, land planning and program professionals to submit a proposal for the final construction and engineering design of John Meade Park and the Alan Hutto Memorial Commons. The consultant will be expected to provide an approved final design of the entire City Center property based on past documentation and current expectations as determined by Village residents, City Council,Parks Trails and Recreation Commission and City staff. Additionally, the consultant will be required to complete all relevant permit processes, including a City Expanded Use Permit and Floodplain Development Permit and FEMA CLOMR/LOMR submittals. The consultant is expected to lead the process and provide all necessary items that pertain to each permit.
