SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Cherry Hills Village will receive sealed bids at the City's office located in the Village Center, 2450 East Quincy Avenue, Cherry Hills Village, Colorado 80113, until 10:00 a.m., local time, Monday, March 18, 2013, for the 2013 Street Improvement Programs Chipseal Project. All work is located in the City of Cherry Hills Village, and consists of constructing approximately 79,203 square yards of a ¼ inch chip seal, and 79,203 square yards of fog seal at certain locations. All bids must be prepared on the bid form provided with the Contract Documents and delivered in a sealed envelope marked "Bid for 2013 Street Improvement Programs Chipseal Project." Bids must be prepared in accordance with the provisions of this Advertisement, the Instruction to Bidders and other related documents collectively known and referred to as the Contract Documents. There will be no public opening of the bids.
