SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Brighton, Colorado by and through its Division of Procurement and Contracts is soliciting written sealed proposals from qualified firms to perform “On-Call” Design Review Services work for the City of Brighton. “Design Review” means performing the technical review of architectural and site plans for compliance with codes, ordinances, and related laws and regulations. The vendor shall work at the direction of the Chief Building Official and shall receive direction both verbally and in writing.
