SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Brighton, Colorado by and through its Procurement & Contracts Manager is soliciting written sealed proposals from qualified firms and/or Professional Farmer farmers to implement a public/private partnership with the City of Brighton to develop a Living Farm on the Bromley/Hishinuma farm property located at 1594 East Bromley Lane, as stated in this Request for Proposal. The Bromley/Hishinuma farm is a State and National Historic site; rehabilitation of the property is being conducted by the City through the use of State Historical fund grants.
