SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Brighton by and thorough its Division of Procurement and Contracts is accepting Bids from qualified firms to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and material as necessary for the Greensand Scaffolding Construction, as stated in the Technical Specifications of this Invitation to Bid. City of Brighton’s Greensand Plant’s pipe gallery contains 4 rows of 24 in pipes that are stacked upon each other to a finished height of approximately 30ft. This pipe gallery currently creates difficult challenges when trying to inspect and maintain actuators and valves on each of these rows of pipes because of the height required to inspect.
