SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Brighton, Colorado by and through its Division of Procurement & Contracts is soliciting written sealed proposals from qualified firms to perform design services for Erger’s Pond Augmentation Station for the City of Brighton, as stated in the Request for Proposal. The Utilities Department owns three reservoirs, located on the west side of Brighton, that are used to store augmentation water. Ken Mitchell Cell 1 is the only reservoir that has the permanent capability to augment out of and/or fill with free river water. The City would like to expand their augmentation operations and is requesting proposals from qualified engineering firms for the design of an Augmentation Station at our north most reservoir, Erger’s Pond.
