SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Brighton, Colorado by and through its Division of Procurement and Contracts is soliciting written sealed Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Engineering Consultant firms to perform design services for City of Brighton Stormwater Master Plan, as set forth in Exhibit A, Scope of Services attached to the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). To be eligible for consideration, the proposing firm must be capable of supplying the Design Services as noted herein, and must also meet all other criteria outlined in the RFQ.
