SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Brighton by and thorough its Division of Procurement & Contracts is accepting Bids from qualified firms to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and material as necessary for the BROMLEY FARM LANDSCAPING PHASE 1. The landscape improvements shall include the construction of a water service line, the sanitary sewer service line and the storm water lines. The work shall include the construction of an Electrical distribution building, extension of the electrical service to houses, and site electrical. Additional work shall include over lot grading, construction of an asphalt parking lot, gravel driveways, concrete and crusherfines walks, site fencing, site signage, irrigation system, and plantings of trees, shrubs, and native grasses.
