SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Brighton, Colorado by and through its Procurement & Contracts Manager is soliciting written sealed proposals from qualified consulting firms, experienced in the evaluation and development of program and facility accessibility plans, to submit a written proposal for providing an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan for Brighton. This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to secure the most qualified Consultant to assist Brighton in developing a Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan. This will be achieved by performing an evaluation of Brighton’s programs, services, policies, and facilities to determine if they are accessible to and usable by people with disabilities.
