Troubleshooting
What happens if I enter my Federal ID or Social Security Number and I get a message regarding a duplicate number?
Your company is already a registered vendor. Contact the Support Department at (800) 835-4603.
What if I forgot my username or password?
Click on the "Forgot your username or password?" link on the login page. When prompted, enter the email address of the main contact and your information will be emailed to that address.
I received a message stating, "Invalid Login. Please Try Again." What do I do?
Check the username and/or password as you have to make sure you are entering them with the correct case-sensitivity (upper- vs. lower-case letters will make a difference). Also, make note of any numbers that may appear in your username and/or password (especially the number zero vs. the letter "O", and the number one (1) vs. the letters "I" or "L").
I receive a message stating, "Number of retries exceeded. Please restart your browser to try again." What do I do?
You have tried to log in unsuccessfully three or more times. The system will lock you out until you close all internet windows that you currently have open. Start a new Internet session and try logging in again.
I just logged into my account and receive a message stating, "Sorry, your session has timed out, please login again." What do I do?
Change the settings on your computer to allow "cookies" from the website: legacy.rockymountainbidsystem.com.
What happens if I don't receive my registration confirmation email?
Most email programs contain a built-in spam or junk-mail filter and occasionally these filters can block the system generated emails. You may need to update your spam/junk filter settings to allow incoming messages from any address containing "@bidnet.com."
