SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

The Town of Castle Rock Fire and Rescue Department is in the process of acquiring vacant land in the Crystal Valley (FPZ 7) area with the intent of constructing a new fire station to service this area and meet with the 2014-2019 Fire Master Plan.  Castle Rock Fire Department is currently in the process of reviewing prospective design teams to provide design services for the project.  Castle Rock Fire Department is seeking an experienced Owner’s Representative to assist the agency in working with architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, direct hire vendors and other trades management of the procurement process as well as construction oversight for the design, construction and operational readiness of the new facility.
