SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

The purpose of this engagement is to provide DHHA updated fixed asset accounting records for internal accounting control and financial reporting as of August 31, 2015. The selected contractor will inventory, reconcile and report historical cost of DHHA’s identified fixed assets. The fixed assets are located at various sites as identified by DHHA in the Property Schedule (Exhibit A). These asset classifications are located within 35 buildings totaling approximately 1,989,514 square feet: 1) Machinery and equipment’ 2) Vehicles 3) Capital Leases Award of contract: no later than July 15 2015 Inventory planning: July 16 through Aug 31, 2015 Inventory performed: Between Aug 31 and October 15, as mutually determined Inventory interim report due by October 31, 2015 Inventory final report due by November 30, 2015.
